I have been a bodyworker since 1992 and a CST practitioner since 1998. I specialize in Pediatric CST and am an instructor in Pediatric CST. and I am a Certified Instructor of Infant Massage. A big area of my pediatric practice is with Sensory Processing Disorder, it has been a remarkable journey seeing how CST plays such an integral role in their therapy, I am honored to be a part of these kids care-team! In addition to working with infants and children I work with pregnant moms.
I also work with older age groups mainly assisting in healing from unexplained and/or chronic conditions/pain. I have also worked in the movement field since 2006 with certifications in Holistic Fitness, Yoga, and Mind/Body Healing. I love incorporated movement awareness into a bodywork session to give people ways to continue their progress.
I have been a Qigong practitioner since 1998 and a Reiki Master since 2012. The body’s energy system if fascinating and incredible.
I am also certified in Spinning Babies which comes in handy when working with expecting Moms and babies getting ready for birth. And I am a Tummy Time Trainer for when baby comes! I have also trained with Alison Hazelbaker PhD IBCLC, FILCA for Tongue Tie: Impact, Assessment & Treatment.
and Lactation for Birth Professional with Melissa Cole IBCLC, RLC
